Course Overview

Learn the traditional craft of rag-rug making. During the workshop Jenni will demonstrate the vintage techniques of hooking and podging strips of fabric through hessian backing to make rugs, wall hangings and seat mats.
At the end of the day you will take home your own unique creation and a wealth of ideas for making more rag rug creations at home.
This is a Heritage Skills daytime course, part of the IgnitEd Programme

Special Requirements

Materials supplied (colours will vary) but if you want to include some fabric to make your project unique, do bring it - could be tee shirts, something special to recycle or just something you like.
