Botanical gin and Wild Cocktails
Find out about the history of gin and explore the huge range of fresh and dried herbs and spices that you can use to make your own gin blend. From its origins in the Middle Ages, gin has evolved from a herbal medicine to an artisan product. Create your own botanical gin using freshly foraged herbs from the garden, together with dried herbs and spices, and learn to identify and blend these botanical ingredients to make your own gin creation, which you will take away with you. We will also delve into the art of making wild cocktails!
