Glass Fusing & Slumping
Course Overview
Students may choose from a large selection of Bullseye Glass and frits (granular glass) to see their own images incorporated into glass bowls, platters and panels they make themselves. The course explores health and safety, design, mould making, glass cutting, using frit with the warm glass method of fusing and slumping.
Professional studio, located amongst rolling hills in the beautiful N.Gloucestershire countryside.
All tools for use on course provided. Booklet with everything covered on course supplied for student to keep including suppliers list. After course back-up offered including use of kiln.
Weekend courses run Sat 9.30-5.30; Sun 9.30-4.30 with lunch breaks.
Weekday courses available by arrangement.
Tea, coffee, biscuits provided throughout.
